The Growatt MID 20KTL3-XH is a high-performance three-phase hybrid inverter designed for large-scale residential or small commercial solar systems. With support for up to 40kW DC input and a DC/AC ratio of 2.0, this inverter delivers exceptional efficiency (up to 98.8%) and smart functionality, making it a flexible solution for hybrid energy storage.

This model features AFCI protection, Type II SPD on both AC and DC sides, and 24/7 consumption monitoring. It’s compatible with Growatt’s APX HV Battery System (5–60kWh) and supports up to 30kW battery charge/discharge, depending on configuration.
